What We Do

Innovision has its roots in the delivery of primary and community health services in North London. Innovision’s services now range from dedicated support to individual GP practices, addressing performance management issues for both staff and clinicians, and the provision of dedicated community services such as smoking cessation and borough wide health screening programmes.

For GP Surgeries Innovision has provided organisational development, clinical and non-clinical staff performance assessments and PDPs as well as providing general and service specific nursing services. Innovision has a high level of expertise in the application and development of GP clinical computer packages including data analysis and audit, preparing reports and templates, and designing and implementing practice systems. More recently Innovision has been developing its expertise around facilities management and premises development and is now able to offer this as part of any support package.

For Community Based Services Innovision is able to take on contracts for the provision of services, either directly with healthcare commissioners or as a sub-contract with NHS providers. Alternatively, Innovision can be a partner in the joint delivery of services or support provider organisations in the successful delivery of their contracts.

Innovision has access to a wide range of resources, working closely with clients to identify their needs and then tailoring the type of service they require. This can range from support in the design and implementation of a new service to a continuous commitment to long-term delivery on a rolling contract.
