Contracts

Innovision is able to flex its resources to meet the scale of the task and is as willing to take on borough wide contracts as it is to work with a single GP Practice. Innovision has successfully completed various contracts with numerous London PCTs, and is in regular contact with several SHAs around the strategic development of services.

Within NHS Haringey, Innovision has also had a long association with Queenswood Medical Practice and the development of Hornsey Central Neighbourhood Centre, as well as directly supporting practices in and around the Laurels Healthy Living Centre.

Innovision recognises the increasing complexity of the procurement process and the various forms of contract that are required as a result. Innovision has the skills to negotiate and develop contracts on behalf of healthcare commissioners as well as routinely performance managing providers against targets and KPIs.

Innovision is also able to support GP practices and provider organisations in the successful development and negotiation of their own contracts, as well as helping them to ensure successful delivery against all named criteria.
